Maybe Gold Medal? As it ages it can get that pink spotting.
It looks like a yellow/cream rose with pink edging, possibly a cultivar such as Peace or one of its similar-looking relatives. The photo alone isn’t quite enough to confidently name the exact cultivar, since several roses have very similar coloring. I’d ask for a photo of the whole bush, the leaves/stems, and ideally the flower at several stages of opening. You could also put some pics into https://botanapp.com/ whenever you need a quick answer. This might help you much faster than we can here.
