Has anyone used the Arber products (Bio-Insecticide and Bio-Fungicide)? If so, can you share your experience with them.
I have been using them for several years now and am very impressed with the effectiveness. One of the advantages is that the products are designed to be used together if you are experiencing an insect problem and fungus outbreak at the same time. However the fungicide is designed to be used as a soil drench. It’s effectiveness drops if used as a spray.
Thank you! Have you tried the hose end spray bottles?
Curious, although I have not used Arber’s Bio Fungicide yet, I just read the label and it states spray top and bottom of leaves till wet. Perhaps the insecticide is to be drenched? Usage is one ounce per gallon. Do you experience a major problem with black spot? In the southeast we fight it from March until November.
I have read the same. I was hoping to start using both the fungicide and insecticide before my roses start to leaf out. I also plan on trying them early on for my Phlox, which I am constantly fighting spider mites on. My roses escaped black spot last year until August/September. I used Sulphur early in the season and then some Copper and Neem. Hoping Arber can help.
I have not used the spray bottles only the original formula. I don’t contend with black spot. I have Downey mildew and it works extremely well in controlling this disease. Only way you will know if it works is to try it.
I don’t experience black spot. My nemesis is Downey mildew. However I have a friend who moved to the southeast and she used Arber last year for black spot and noticed a significant difference.
Good to know!! I am definitely giving it a try!
