I agree with @Earthworm. Your rose variety shows normal, healthy, new growth. The reddish color is typical of hybrids derived from R. chinensis. This influence is mainly found in ‘Modern Roses’.
Looks normal, but please keep an eye on it and compare the maturing cane to the other canes. It will help you determine if you might have a problem.
