Hello,
I bought a few single roses from a store. After a few days I have noticed that in one of them a new branch developed. No roots are visible.
Is there a way to get it to grow? How? What should I do?

You are trying to propagate that one rose? I found there is a 50/50 chance they will root. These are notes from my propagation class. Use soilless soil with good drainage. I added perlite. Good luck!
Take off the flower ASAP because it soaks up all the moisture.
Strip away the bottom leaf; leave the top two for photosynthesis
Cut 1/16 below that bud horizontally (not slanted) – get as close as possible
You want to come in contact with the undifferentiated cell material in the bud union.
The new roots will grow out from the edge of the wound, not the cut.
Surface” Shave” off a small vertical piece of the skin from the cut up about 1” into the Cambion, but not into the Pith. Do this on the opposite side of the bud. This makes a larger wound and increase area for rooting.
Place rooting hormone (dip n Grow) into a cup (follow instructions if dilution needed), then dip the two buds in rooting hormone for 10 seconds – let dry for a few minutes before sticking into the medium.
Place into the hole in the pot and gently push down the soil medium around the cutting until it is snug – placing two buds into the soil. If the top bud has an attached leaf; put the bud under the soil and brace the leaf above the soil to help with photosynthesis and so that the leaf will not get infected w/bacteria.
Place in a moderate temperature; humid condition 80-100 degrees. You can place a Ziploc bag over the pot. Put it in bright light but not direct sun.
Water 3x day for 2 weeks.
