Hi!! I have two climbers that seem to possibly have Rose Rosette. One is Tess d’ubervilles and the other is New Dawn. I used ai and it said that the Tess (pictured below) had possible signs of RRD and that it for sure had scale. Please help with any advice! Thank you!!

I see definite saw fly damage. As for the other, do you have Chilli Thrips where you are? Their damage can appear quite a bit like what your photo shows.
I’m in zone 8a, Central NC and I do believe that we have chilli thrips here. I’ll do some research on that to learn more about it. Also, thank you for responding!
