Help! Does this look like RRD i put multiple pictures through Google and 75% says shows signs of it but then some say it looks like healthy new growth 
If you are concerned due to how dense the prickles are, I wouldn’t worry. MANY roses are THAT prickly. I don’t see the characteristic “witches broom” growth. It looks normal to me.
