Hi Everyone, The Save the Rambler Committee met on Friday, April 3rd to review the status of our initiative. Sales of Rambler Roses have gone well with our Partner Heirloom and they are adding two varieties to their catalog in 2026. High Country Roses has nine rambler roses now for sale and through this weekend is offering a sale price on them. Both these nurseries are ARS partners and members receive a discount by using the appropriate code at checkout. Committee members are working on bringing more educational articles to rose growers and I am sure that will be welcome. I will provide an update as progress is made.
There have been 168 Rambler roses registered since June as part of the initiative at this time. It is important that we continue to link the location of our rambler roses as many of these varieties are RARE. You can find the registration page on rose.org under American Rose Center. I will get us the link so that you don’t need to go that route.
