Hi, what is the preferred method of removing leaves from stems during your first pruning of the year? I was taught to pull them down and off, then dispose of them. But someone said they should be individually cut off. Opinions? Thank you!

Depends, if they are easy to pull off, then do so. But if you feel any resistance then cut the leaves off.
