Suggestions for Yellow roses with somewhat of a HT form?

A friend of mine is looking for a hardy yellow rose to grow in northern Wisconsin (zone 4/5). Any suggestions?

There are a few yellow roses that are good for zone 5. I looked through the book ‘Roses for New England’ by Mike &Angelina Chute, they listed Golden Unicorn, Winter Sunset (more orange), Yellow Brick Road, Yellow Submarine, I would look at some of the Buck roses too. I also looked through ‘Hardy Roses’ by Robert Osborne, any yellows had no hybrid tea form blooms. High Voltage, by Ping Lim has potential. Two other Buck rose, hardy to zone 4, April Moon, and Prairie Harvest, available from Roses Unlimited. Better Times is a Kordes rose, only available from Freedom gardens, owned by Peter Schneider who only ships in the fall.

Try the grandifloras ‘Radiant Perfume’ or ‘Strike It Rich’. Also the floribunda ‘Sunsprite’.
All three will work for zone 5.

Thank you Christopher. I had forgotten about Sunsprite which is a very nice floribunda!

But in my garden, the blooms on Sunsprite race those on Pristine to see who can have the quickest petal drop. But Sunsprite is hardy and has a very nice fragrance. Last year I shovel-pruned Sunsprite in favor of Sparkle & Shine.
